We want exceptional Executive Coaches who are able to inspire and change the lives of our clients.

You Must Have:

  • at least 7 years’ background with a blue chip organization
  • at least 5 years’ full-time executive (not life) coaching experience
  • specialist and extensive coach-training from a quality coaching school
  • extensive coaching supervision support
  • membership of the ICF or EMCC
  • an approach and coaching philosophy that gets results for the client
