This week, in a shop on a greeting card I read: ‘Life begins at the edge of your comfort zone’.

The last time I felt out of my comfort zone was when I bought a bike recently. I hadn’t cycled for 20 years and I had never cycled on the busy streets of London. My legs were shaking, my heart was racing and I could feel it beating in my ears! It felt good to feel so vital and alive.

For many people, when they feel their legs shaking or their hearts racing they believe it’s a bad thing. So they avoid it.

What if you believed that life begins at the edge of your comfort zone?
