The theme coming up in coaching sessions recently has been work smarter not harder. And one easy and practical way to work smarter is to exercise.

So many people avoid exercise saying they don’t have time. Yawn.

If you want to have a highly productive day and power through your to do list, take a break for exercise. Paradoxically, you will get more done.

Productivity is obviously not the only benefit of exercise. We sleep better, we feel happier and we have more energy. Or as one client’s Mother puts it: It’s Adidas or Anti-depressants.

If you are feeling stressed out, overwhelmed or lack focus: get your trainers on.
