This week I nearly broke my neck getting to yoga. The irony I know. However, I felt a great sense of urgency to get myself on to the mat to take a breath, to slow down and pull myself together. Yoga is good for that, it literally means ‘whole’.

For most of us at some time, life can feel like an uphill struggle and that we are being pulled into a million different directions. It’s not always about time management it’s more about attention management.
