As some of you may know, I love my food! I take it very seriously. Every Sunday, I plan my family’s weekly menu and at the moment, I’m challenging myself with the current advice to eat 30 different plants per week.
I’m equally as serious about what I feed my mind. Like any good diet, balance is key. Generally I’m on the all you can eat autobiographies, combined with a healthy mix of fact and fiction and the occasional social media treat. I’m allergic to ruminating and catastrophising as they make me very sick.
