Have you ever marvelled how some people seem to achieve so much?  Whilst many of us trot out the excuse ‘I haven’t got time’ we see others managing multiple businesses whilst simultaneously raising an army of children, running ultra marathons and eating their very own grown vegetables.  It begs the question: how do they do it?

So I was mesmerised watching a vlogger this week demonstrating how to maximise productivity.  They followed a popular strategy: ensure every hour of the day is scheduled.  It is a productivity hack I’m a big fan of myself.

However one thing many of us overlook is that we are human beings not robots.  Unfortunately, the fatal flaw in our biology is that we need rest, food, sleep, bathroom breaks, exercise and social interaction to thrive.

I know screamingly obvious but from my experience, often missing from packed schedules.
