The sun is out in London today and it is so uplifting. In the UK this year, it’s been hard to believe that there is a sun. Obviously, we know it’s always there but the grey clouds, cold rain and chilly winds have been doing a seriously impressive job of concealing it.

Self-belief is a bit like the sun. It’s always there inside all of us. Many of us become battered by storms but the key is to trust we can weather them.
