I am spending the last days of Summer in the beauty of the English countryside, humming with harvesting activity as the farmers finally reap what they’ve sown.

Seasons in the knowledge economy are not as clear cut, so if we want to harvest the fruits of our labour, we need to sow and reap consistently and continuously.

We need to plant new ideas.
We need to grow our skills.
We need to nurture relationships.
We need to maintain our stamina.
We need to monitor our progress.
And sometimes, we need to be patient.

What are you growing?
