Martin Luther King said “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step.”

I don’t know who needs to hear this today but I needed to hear it earlier this week.

At some point in our career we will all struggle with indecision or fear. And the worst thing we can do is sit in our heads. When we sit in our heads we can be sure nothing will change. Instead, we just need to take one tiny actionable step.
