I was born different.  I love being in the spotlight.  I’m conscious this is a very uncool thing to admit.

But what might surprise you is why I love the spotlight: I’m looking at you.

I’m not worrying about being judged.

I’m not worrying about proving myself.

I’m not worrying about being found out.

My attention and focus is on the audience in front of me.

So if you dread being in the spotlight, check it’s pointing in the right direction.
