Yesterday, I was totally blown away by the latest scientific research on exercise and nutrition specifically for women. And it got me thinking.

Most people are informed, but not curious.
They outsource their thinking to science, experts, and “best practice”, then feel confused when it doesn’t quite fit.

Not because the science is wrong.
But because science speaks in averages.

It can tell you what tends to work.
It can’t tell you what you need.
And it definitely can’t tell you what success should mean in your life.

The people who build lives that actually fit them stay curious about themselves.

They notice what gives them energy and what drains it.
They test. They adjust. They refine.

Not in a perfectionist way.
In a personal way.

Science can inform you.

But it can’t write your story.
